A 31 days or more before = free / 30–6 days = 10% / 2–5 days = 30% / the day before = 50% / same day = 100% / no notice = 100%.

A Because messages are sent via our system provider's server, security settings — particularly on mobile phones — may divert them to your spam folder or block them. Please allow mail from uketsuke@notoie.com. If nothing arrives, please contact us through the enquiry form or by phone.

A Please settle payment at check-out by cash, major credit cards or QR code payment (d Payment, PayPay and others).

A All cottages are pet-friendly. The pet fee is JPY 550 per small dog (up to 8 kg) and JPY 1,100 for a large dog (incl. tax); cats and other pets are charged at the same rate as dogs. For consecutive nights, no fee applies from the second night. Crates for small and medium dogs are available on request; please bring any other pet supplies.

A Wi-Fi is available in every cottage.

A Towels and toothbrush sets are provided. For infants (4 and under), extra sets are available: bedding with towel and toothbrush for JPY 1,650, or towel and toothbrush for JPY 550 (incl. tax).

A Yes, all meals are self-catered. You are welcome to use the BBQ area in the garden, and our concierge will help light the fire.

A Beds are provided in the bedrooms and futons in the living room: 8 sets in Cottages 1 and 3, and 6 sets in Cottage 2.

A To avoid disturbing our neighbours, BBQs and hand-held fireworks are permitted until 10 p.m.

A We dispose of rubbish from the cottage. A minimum of bin liners is provided, so please bring spare bags if a BBQ is likely to produce a lot of waste.

A For stays of three nights or more, we clean the cottage and change the sheets and towels once every two nights.

A All cottages are non-smoking. Please smoke on the terrace.

A Air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, cookware, tableware, seasonings, smart TV and Wi-Fi are all provided. Rental items for children and BBQ equipment are also available.

A Notoie holds a simple lodging licence under the Inn Business Act: Ishikawa Prefecture Licence No. No-chu-ho 462 / 1222.

A Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.

A Please come to the management building first. After checking in, we will give you the key and a map to your cottage. If you cannot find the management building, just get in touch.

A If your arrival time is likely to change, please let us know in advance by phone or LINE.

A For sightseeing we recommend Noto Kongo, a scenic coastline of unusual rock formations, the morning market in Wajima, and the aquarium and glass art museum on Notojima. Near the cottages, Ikoi-no-mura offers tennis courts, an athletic course and go-karts. The sea is about five minutes away by car, so fishing and swimming are easy too.

A About 30 minutes by car or taxi from Hakui Station on the JR Nanao Line. A pick-up service is available for guests arriving by public transport (subject to arrangement; please contact us in advance).
