How your stay works
On arrival, please stop by the management building first rather than going straight to your cottage. We will check you in and hand over the key there.

Bookings are taken through our official reservation site. You can also ask us on LINE or by phone.

To the management building Start here
Please come to the management building when you arrive.

Collecting the key and checking in
We hand over the key at the management building. Check-in starts at 15:00.

To your cottage
Collect your key and head to your cottage. Some are a short walk from the management building; for others you will drive.

Your stay
Enjoy a BBQ in the garden and a soak in the hot spring bath at your own pace.

Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00.
Food and shopping
Bring your own food, or fire up the BBQ.
Notoie does not serve meals, so you are free to bring your own food. Eating together as a family or group in the garden BBQ area is a favourite here. Our concierge will help light the fire on request.
Please bring food and drinks with you. If you would rather shop locally, Dontaku Takahama is a convenient supermarket a short drive away.
